1. General Provisions
This policy outlines the terms for payments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of services booked via our website.
By making a booking with Reviva Esthetic Travel Co., Ltd., the client (hereafter referred to as "Client") agrees to these terms.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit / Prepayment
A non‑refundable deposit of X% (or fixed amount) of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
The deposit is held in a non-interest-bearing trust account until the completion of services.
2.2 Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled procedure.
Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
2.3 Additional Costs
Any supplementary services (e.g., accommodations, transfers, extra medical tests, insurance) are billed separately and must be settled per the provider's terms.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 By the Client
Cancellation 30+ days before the procedure: refund of 70% of the deposit, after deducting the administrative fee.
Cancellation between 14–29 days prior: 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 14 days before or no-show: 25% refund of the deposit.
Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days, processed in the original payment method.
3.2 Medical or Force Majeure Reasons
Full refund of the deposit is granted if supported by valid medical documentation, certified inability to travel, or in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, death).
3.3 Cancellation by Reviva
If Reviva must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability of surgeon, hospital issues), the full deposit will be refunded. We will assist in rescheduling or providing equivalent alternatives.
4. Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Client-Initiated Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 30 days before the appointment, with the new date scheduled within 4 months of the original date.
Requests made within 30 days of the procedure or additional reschedules are treated as cancellations per section 3.
4.2 Rescheduling Due to Medical Reasons or Force Majeure
In case of valid medical reasons or force majeure, rescheduling is processed without penalty, subject to documentation.
5. Provider-Specific Refund Conditions
Some medical or service providers may have their own refund policies. These apply as specified at the time of booking and in your confirmation. We encourage clients to review provider-specific terms carefully.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Procedure
All requests must be submitted in writing via email, including:
Full name of the client
Booking or confirmation number
Scheduled date of the procedure
Reason for cancellation or rescheduling
Send requests to the contact email provided in your booking confirmation.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 30 calendar days after receipt of all required documentation.
Any transaction or banking charges are deducted from the refund amount.
8. Insurance & Force Majeure
8.1 We recommend that clients consider "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance to cover costs in case of last-minute cancellations.
8.2 Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war) will be handled fairly. Refunds or rescheduling options will be offered without penalty.
9. Transparency & Policy Updates
The current version of this policy is always available on our website under the "Terms & Policies" section and is included in all booking communications.
