Terms & Conditions

Reviva Esthetic Agency operates as a consulting agency

Scope of Services and Company Role
Reviva Esthetic Travel provides consultation and coordination services to clients planning aesthetic procedures and plastic surgery at hospitals in Thailand. We are not a medical institution and do not provide medical advice. However, we act in the best interest of the client by assisting them in making an informed choice of surgeon and hospital, and by representing the client’s interests in communication with the hospital.

Travel Arrangements and Support
We assist with choosing a surgeon, booking surgery, and - if needed - arranging transfers, accommodation, and post-operative support. All services are confirmed only after a deposit is received. The client is responsible for visa arrangements, travel bookings, and arrival for treatment.

Communication and Client Advocacy
Reviva acts as a liaison between the client and the medical institution. In case of any concerns regarding the quality of medical services, need for revision, or further consultation, we support communication between the client and hospital and advocate for the client’s interests within the available procedures. We provide assistance before and after surgery, ensuring clear and smooth communication with the hospital and medical team.

Medical Responsibility and Outcome
All medical decisions are made by the surgeon during the in-person consultation. Reviva holds no responsibility for medical risks, surgical outcomes, complications, individual body responses, or the need for revision surgery. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as these depend on medical and individual factors. The client provides informed consent for treatment by signing the hospital's documents.

Information and Documentation
The client agrees to provide complete and truthful medical information. If relevant information is withheld or contraindications are present, the hospital reserves the right to change the treatment plan or refuse surgery. All costs arising from such changes are the responsibility of the client.

Payment and Cancellation
Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of client-initiated cancellation. Postponement is subject to hospital policies. If surgery is canceled or revised, partial refunds may be issued minus any costs already incurred. For payments made via Reviva, any remaining balance will be refunded after all final hospital invoices have been settled.

Risks and Force Majeure
The client understands and accepts the medical risks associated with surgery and anesthesia, including the possibility of complications or the need for additional procedures. Reviva is not responsible for flight cancellations, visa issues, or actions of third parties, nor for any force majeure events.

Privacy and Data Protection
Reviva complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All personal data is used solely for the purpose of organizing treatment and is not shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

Jurisdiction
All services provided by Reviva are governed by the laws of Thailand. Payment of an invoice or written acknowledgment and acceptance of the Final Treatment Plan via email or messenger indicates full agreement with these Terms.
