Temporal Lift abroad

 A temporal lift is a refined cosmetic procedure that gently elevates the soft tissue in the temple and outer eye area. It smooths fine lines, lifts mild sagging, and brings a fresher, more rested look - all without major surgery.

While it may slightly lift the outer brow, a temporal lift is not intended to replace a full brow lift or a midface (malar) lift. Its primary focus is the soft tissue around the temples and the lateral eye area.

For clients with significant central or inner brow descent, surgeons may combine a temporal lift with a dedicated brow lift (such as endoscopic or coronal). If sagging in the cheeks is also present, a malar lift can be added for a more harmonious result.

Ideal candidates are those with loss of tone in the temples, fine lines near the outer eyes, or mild sagging in the upper lateral face. This lift is perfect for clients who want to refresh their appearance without changing their brow or cheek structure.

A small incision is made in the hairline, allowing the surgeon to gently lift the soft tissue in the temple area. The scar is well-hidden and becomes nearly invisible once healed. The procedure takes about 1 hour and is performed under general anesthesia or sedation.

Recovery is usually smooth, with most clients feeling comfortable within 5-10 days. Final results appear gradually over 3-4 months. This lift can be done alone or paired with upper blepharoplasty, a mini facelift, or a brow lift.
